Lani Singers at Strawberry Fair Cambridge 5th June

The Lani Singers will be appearing at Strawberry Fair on Midsummer Common Cambridge on Saturday 5th June. They will be telling the story through song of the West Papuan people's struggle for independence from Indonesia, and the torture and genocide they have endured for the last 40 years. There will be a stall in support of the West Papuan tribal peoples campaign in the green field area of the festival, where people will be able to get information about how they can help by becoming a "friend of west papua".
