Latest CONFIRMED information received on situation inside is as follows. This is a follow on to the previous media alerts on the demonstrations in West Papua to call for referendum.

At 1000 AM East Indonesia time, MONDAY MARCH 3, West Papuan students and political figures were gathering in Abepura to demand a referendum and dialogue with Indonesian government.

Mon, 02/04/2008 - Realizing that the Ogiek had fled the area around Chepyuk and took refuge at Teldet and Chepkitale, the Sabaot Land Defense Force (SLDF), Kenya's most dangerous and notorious, at least 1000 men strong armed militia, has now taken advantage of the lawlessness and the commitments of the police elsewhere to hunt and kill the Ogiek like rabbits.

Police arrest 36 people for flying the Morning Star Flag in Timika
On 1 December the police arrested at least 36 Papuans for flying the Morning Star flag in Kwamki Lama, district of Mimika Baru. Seven are due to be charged for the crime of makar (rebellion) at the district court.

Soldier tortures ELSHAM activist in Fakfak.
On 1 December a soldier named Ahmad Heremba, who is from the Babinsa command in Kramomonggo, 40 kms from Fakfak, is reported to have severely beaten Elias Kredenggo, 27 years old

Puyo, Ecuador: Gloria Ushigua and Rosa Gualinga, two indigenous leaders, were attacked on Sunday August 26, after months of receiving death threats for their efforts to protect the territory of the Zapara people in the Ecuadorian Amazon. They were beaten until unconscious, thrown in the trunk of a car, and later, apparently, left for dead.

State Terror in West Papua by Indonesia. Matius Bunai was last seen alive three weeks ago today when he left a church service in the town of Nabire in the Indonesian province of Papua. His body, beaten and lacerated, was found dumped in the street the following morning. His neighbour, Ones Keiya, was still alive, just, when he was found with similar wounds, in similar circumstances, two weeks before. He died in hospital two hours later.

August 18,2007, More and more suddenly Papua people fighting to appeal one of justice for the end of Papua politic status in Local, Nasional and International so, Indonesia Government or Jakarta Government not silent for Papua’s fighting.
To concreat Jakarta government not silent is it leaders always said that Seperatisme in Papua must be defeated. Jakarta government look the process of Papua people ‘s fighting to appeal one of the justice for Papua politic status is one of the seperatisme in Papua so, Jakarta government every time must work to be defeated those seperatisme in Papua.

Wed, 08/08/2007 - 03:26 — West-Papua fPcN News - Youth Church Leader in KINGMI MARANATHA Church was to kidnaped and then shot dead by Indonesian Military (TNI/POLRI) at 06/08/07 about 11.17 PM When he went to KPR Smoker village.

He arrived in Complex Malompo Nabire suddenly unkwon some group of Peoples came to torture whole body by Knive after that shot him at cheek according to Repport Autopsy RSUD Hospital Nabire.

When Docter took Autopsy in Hospital suddenly appear some group of Military came to monitor every situation in Hospital.
