Althogh Special Autonomy for West Papua is solution for Jakarta to West Papua but Indonesian never serius or not bale to do implementation this Laws in West Papua, Local people very poor. The policy of Jakarta to West Papua not according with Special Autonomy Laws for West Papua. West Papua so far stuggles is not for Implementation of Laws of Special Autonomy for West Papua but they need International dialog for the ends of West Papua political status.
